4. How can I redeem my points?
Redeem them anytime in your Account Center—points become available for coupon exchange after your order status appears as Delivered.

5. Will my points expire?
Yes—each Petal Point stays valid for 365 days from the day it is earned. Redeem them before they expire so you do not miss any rewards!

6. What happens to points if I cancel or return an order?
Cancel before shipping: all points are credited back to your account.
Return after delivery: your payment goes back to the original method. Points earned on the order and points used toward it are deducted; redeemed points are not returned.
