Shipping for Preorder Pieces

Pre-sale items will ship 3 weeks later, all preorder products are dispatched according to the sequence in which orders are received. Shipping details will be shared as soon as your item has been sent out. Thank you for your patience and support; we remain committed to delivering quality products and service.

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

  1. Order Cancellation: After a preorder item is placed, it moves into production right away. For this reason, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours. Requests made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
  2. Return and Exchange Policy: If your preorder product arrives with quality concerns or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Returned or exchanged pieces must be unused, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging.
